The above described fees are only applicable to properties located in Southern Palm Beach County, Florida - Boca Raton to West Palm Beach +/-

All other types of property ie: large or complex residential, commercial, industrial, land/sub-division etc. or properties in other counties are quoted on a case by case basis.
